What is the Digital Kit?
The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain with European Funds that offers grants of between €2,000 and €12,000, aimed at digital modernization and improving the competitiveness of SMEs and the self-employed.
You will be able to access digitization solutions thanks to SETESCA.

Who can apply for the digital kit grant?
The digital solutions of the Digital Kit are aimed at the needs of small businesses, micro-businesses and self-employed workers belonging to any sector or type of business. Companies may have the Digital Kit Voucher following the criteria in this table:

Segment I:First call for companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees.
Digital voucher of up to €12,000

Segment II:Second call for SMEs / micro-enterprises with between 3 and 9 employees.
Digital voucher of up to €6,000

Segment III:Third call for freelancers and SMEs / micro-enterprises with between 1 and 2 employees.
Digital voucher of up to €2,000
Requirements to request the Digital Kit

Being a small business, micro-business or self-employed with between 1 and 50 employees.

Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

Comply with the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.

Not incurring in any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.

Be registered and have the minimum seniority established by call.

Do not exceed the limit of minimis aid (small amount).

Be up to date with tax obligations and Social Security.

Not be considered a company in crisis.

How to request the Digital Kit?

CONSULTANCY
We will study and identify the digital deficiencies of your company and we will see the best options according to the needs.

BUDGET
We will create a detailed budget to be able to access the bonuses of the Digital Kit.

PROCESSING
We will take care of managing and processing the subsidy according to the
agreed budget.

EXECUTION
The grant is delivered in two phases: 70% initial and 30% remaining. Once 70% of the subsidy has been approved, we will implement the actions contemplated in the budget together.
The Digital Kit program is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda and the 2021-2025 SME Digitization Plan. In addition, it is funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
